Dr. Ghafir graduated from the University of Damascus Medical School and completed his radiology residency and vascular/interventional radiology fellowship at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He later completed a body imaging fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.With 36 years of practice experience in Houston, Dr. Ghafir brings extensive expertise in both interventional and diagnostic radiology. Certified by the American Board of Radiology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, he is committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving the health and quality of life of the communities he serves.
